Culinary




Hallo hallo hai! I have a new task to tell you about culinary, yeah it's all about food. I love all of them because they could make me happy, release my stress when the tasks were so bad and pile up:( I exactly very very love food with sweet taste, especially ice cream, chocolate and cheese. Tell about sweet taste, I want to show you about one of the famed and expensive dessert in the world called Frrozen Haute Chocolate.
Frozen Haute Chocolate served in a New York restaurant, Serendipity 3. It was ice cream that spread out as the most expensive ice cream with 4th rank in the world according to Guiness Book of World Record.

 
 

To taste it, you have to ordered two week before, so the chef could prepare his best ingredients. If you want this, you must pay $25000 or around 277,7 millions rupiah. Very expensive, I know right. But, you may no regret because Frrozen Haute Chocolate very amazing which served in the Baccarat Crystal Harcourt glass with 24 carat gold. The palatable was cocoa combination from 14 state, La Madeline au Truffle shavings, milk and also whipped cream. The topping was 5th gram of 24 carat gold to consume. This ice cream served with the layer gold spoon which $14000 for the cost and also diamond layer on the top of spoon. Glass and spoon could take it home as the finance gift. 

 Ingredients : 
1/3 cup granulated sugar 
1/3 cup nonfat dry milk powder 
2 tablespoons Ghirardelli cocoa powder 












1 tablespoon Hershey's cocoa powder 


1 tablespoon Sharffen Berger cocoa powder (see tidbits) 



pinch salt 
1 cup milk 
3 cups ice 

On Top :
whipped cream 
shavings from a semisweeet chocolate bar 

 Direction : 
1. Combine the sugar; dry milk powder, cocoas, and salt in a small bowl. 
 2. Pour the milk into a blender. Add the dry mix and ice. 
3. Blend until all the ice is crushed and the drink is smooth. Pour into a large goblet or two 16-ounce glasses. Top The drink with whipped cream and shavings from a semisweet chocolate bar (use a carrot peeler), then add a spoon and straw and serve. 

Makes one 30-ounce serving or two 15-ounce drinks. 

Tidbits :
If you can't locate this brand of cocoa, use 3 tablespoons Ghirardelli cocoa powder and 1 tablespoon Hershey's cocoa powder.

My Holiday

Hello bloggers! I'm back to write my experience here. After a long time a go I didn't write anything, but now I'll tell you about my bored holiday, huffffffftttttt.

A year ago actually it just a month, I received my book report on 23 Desember 2014. It was be awaited and scared moment. It was be a scared moment 'cause everyone maybe hopeless about they scored. But it was be awaited moment 'cause after we received our book report, we could take a rest about nineteen days from many tasks that we always have done, go on vacation to the place that we're not ever visit before, ahh the point is everything that can make our happy.

Unfortunately, my holiday was not like it:( I spent it with stay at home that slept on my bed - watched TV - ate - took a bath - slept(again). Haaaaaa it was so bored--" Can you imagine how bored me did it for twelve days?:(
Yaa it was double very bored. And the resentful thing was when my weight suddenly flare up because I couldn't hold my passion for eat.
Ohya guys, how about your new year eve?Nothing special? Very greatful moment? Ahh I don't think to write about it. Why? Because i slept when new year came, nothing fireworks, nothing someone special, nothing greetings, nothing at all. Yeaa i'm so sad:(( Ok forget it.
But... My holiday wasn't monotonous when my extracurricular held a practice for prepares our concert soon, it was "Keluarga Paduan Angklung". I was very happy because I could go away from my home and did some new activity.
Okeey, first day in practice everything was gonna be alright although the practice took about 5 hours. But in the second day, my hand started weary cause I holdout five angklungs during the practice and played about three or four songs in that day. Huaaa it was be exhausted day because after the practice I have to done my first project in my another extracurricular "Majalah3" to made mading (majalah dinding) and the deadline is today. In the second day we couldn't finish our project abou we decided to continued on the next day. Wednesday was come and as usual we have to practice angklung, but i should do the project with my friends before. And everyday till today I always come home at night, the different is no practice angklung today. So, last week holiday I just spent it in my lovely school 3'SHS. For your information, today is the last holiday, and i 'm very happy because me and my friends was done our first project to made school mading.
Making mading was something impression that I will never forget the moment because it was a hard works what have to do such as discussion, accurately, tidy, creatively. Our mading was done today, yeaaaay! Thank you guys you're so great❤
